Anyone ever joined a Vistage group?

It is an advisory group, costs about $10,000 a year. They meet one day a month for the whole day. Limited to 15-17 people. I am sure every group is different. I like that they do a lot of training and bring in speakers, but I dont like that the group in my market is mostly all business execs versus business owners. I am a business owner. Anyways, just curious if anyone has any experience with this outfit.
