I play sports most of the day Choice of 45 golf courses-most free for life, 140 pickleball courts, 2000 clubs to be part of, listen to music at 3 different venues each evening and have almost all properties under great management with a personal assistant overseeing them.

I also enjoy dancing and Spanish music.

I'm a futbol (soccer) aficionado, love listening to music and like to spend spare time doing web and graphic design. 

Apparently I have 1-2 bad influences that are playing loud music and drinking in front of their doors/parking lot.

Well I haven't gotten a chance to travel much lately but any camping spot with a nice fire, good company, good music, and some cold beers would be perfect.

The owner also refuses to expand in bringing in new alcohol, new music, more gambling machines, or new events. this would probably bring in $50,000 more each year.

I also can't make a career out of music because I'm not good enough.So I don't know where to go from here.

I'm a music producer/engineer/songwriter (a successful one, thankfully :mrgreen:) , getting into REI as a source of supplemental income, although the more I learn about it, the more time I'm interested in investing in it, so who knows, maybe one day the percentages will be reversed...
