Seems the takout/delivery model would be more viable moving forward, and would save a ton of resources with no retail, high visibility location, much smaller footprint, delivery personnel instead of wait staff, no dishes to clean, etc. 

There was a ton of clothes, furniture, dishes....

Inspecting the units I noticed some units had dish washers and some didn’t.

I don't mind doing dishes by hand in a vacation rental, but after my first apartment, I went and looked for my own condo to buy, and the Must-Have list was a dishwasher. 

For the past few months I have been doing nothing but listening to Bigger Pockets podcast while in my car, at the gym, while doing dishes, making dinner, or falling to sleep.

(Very durable) dishes won't stick and they tend to get dirty and damage form heavy use.

Also, my experience with renters is it's a place for putting dirty dishes otherwise it winds up in the sink or countertop which results in roach problems.

When you mention liking "some unique pieces", are these bigger pieces (dining room table, headboards, credenzas, etc.) or more smaller pops (lamps, area rugs, dishes, etc.)?
