Highrise is the CRM module and they no longer support it which stinks since I have over 3000 contacts in highrise.

We would all love for PMs and AppFolio to handle both management and bookkeeping but unfortunately they don't and the AppFolio bookkeeping module is bad.

Your module on approaching a bank has already been put into use as of yesterday and the results were extremely positive.

I found a website who called it modulating payments. 

We use Rent Manager, which has a good maintenance module.

I own a module rental and I don't think there is any real difference.

I've contacted simplisafe and they are going to send me a Verizon module instead of a T-Mobile module it comes with.

I have a wholesaling module specifically for lead to deal workflows and also a project management module for fix and flips.
