If you do have a place like that it's something to consider. 

There is a time and a place for sub to  no doubt but wholesalers to me are not the time or place.

Once you have some leads coming in, you'll start to see patterns in what kind of traveler is looking for your place(s).

That way they could have money to move out to another place.

I was able to turn my place into two units so no shared spaced helped a lot.
