I'm looking fo have property mngmt. on my rentals because of my travels, it doesn't seem to make sense to try to mange them myself. 

i do agree that financing is easier to mange when you have a salary job but I plan to continue to use equity lines and buy more buidings, then lines on those properties,etc.... if I ever start to get resitance doing that, I will be able to start cash refi'ing properties. i hope that the effort and time I have put into relationship management will carry me a long way.

If you mange your own (some custodians allow this and some do not) the rents cannot flow through your bank account, but you can collect the money orders or checks. 

I live in TX and want to set up a LLC to mange my NY Peoperty and any future TX properties.
