These are always hard issues for managers. 

I own a property management company and also a contracting company in Ventura.   

Most traditional property managers don’t handle this setup due to challenges like managing tenant disputes, coordinating overlapping move-ins/outs, and the risk of Fair Housing violations when selecting tenants.

On the Schwab accounts I manage we don't pay that but, it's there.

If it's a lender that does not allow me to speak to an underwriter, see guidelines, or speak to an account manager, I will try not to work with them, unless I know the Account Executive is very experienced. 

I did manage to get the flip rented out on a lease option.
