I have several clients who prefer the middle/southern part of the country so places like Memphis, Little Rock, Oklahoma or Texas.

I am trying to get more direct to seller leads as most my leads come from other wholesalers who don't have buyers like us.

Variables that might change that number would be size of house, number of beds, extra duties you want the team to do (like fetch supplies) and perhaps the drive to a remote area.

Or like many small in businesses you raise cash from friends family and anyone else that knows loves and trusts you.The other thing I suggest is to make that $27,000 or $37000, or $50000 yourself over the next year.
