Totally makes sense and the invisible hand has accounted for this accordingly and as a result you don't get a premium price for having a W/D and thus with 0 increased revenue, its only an expense.

Wrapping that up into the one convenient package of full-service actually allowed me to move forward, and I've also been a lot more diligent because I haven't been fighting invisible walls.I want to get there, but I'm not there yet. 

I could argue to strive to be more private and invisible (as impossible as it is), to be able to hide assets and income (not promoting breaking any laws).
