I would concur that the US economy is a freight train, but right now I'm not feeling convinced that the price appreciation we've seen isn't largely from falling interest rates and government intervention.  

In the end, all this government intervention is just prolonging things.

The government (and everyone that rents and wants someone else to give them handouts) ignores that this issue was created by government intervention and insists full control is the only way to fix it.

I knew there would be some valuable perspective on this topic.Seems like everybody is in agreement that commercial real estate is in trouble (unless there is some intervention like James described, which seems like a sound solution to me!)
