Why should the housing industry be completely immune to government intervention? 

The difference in returns is not significant enough to justify taking on risk, especially with the current unprecedented government interventions in recent years.

How in Sam Hill does anyone get to freeload and squat that long without legal intervention? 

@Ryan Kelley I've talked about this on a few other posts as well but there will be long term ripple effects due to government intervention in the real estate market by this moratorium.

Ah...more "stimulus" and gov-mint intervention.

I'm a physician during the day but I try hard not to recommend a costly intervention unless there is good evidence that it is necessary.  

Also, educate yourself on interest rates, fed intervention, financial ratios and more in addition to what you will learn about landlording etc. from BiggerPockets.Step 2.

Then can't I get a mold monitor to see if my mold interventions worked or not?
