This all came from a computer, printer and Internet access that was my startup cost never thought about it that way before, but yeah, thanks for sharing.

The requirements are:1 - You must be personable and have the ability to answer questions with more than one word answers.2 - You must have high-speed internet of at least 15 mb/s (preferably 20mb+)3 - You must have a web camera (we record audio and video for all shows) and we do require a decent microphone.

I.e. if you are great with numbers and an excel wizard, you could likely seek out a "deal" guy, who loves networking and hunting for properties, but doesn't really understand how to translate operations into financial models.

Its kind of like treasure hunting for me.

This is essentially how it worked for the 100 years prior to the MLS being put on the internet.

Not to mention I am a possessed freak obsessed with the hunt, that's why i do what i do.

You might know of the vacant house down the street and be saavy enough to do the research and hunt down the owner and sweet talk yourself into a deal.   

I work in comp so I have no issues building my own but I'd prefer to simply use one that's already created.Finally, aside from reviewing prior projects on the company's website and scouring the internet for reviews, does anyone have any tips on how to select a given company?
