How do I get an accurate value based on HOA financial health and interior defects?

The property required extensive interior and exterior renovations to reach rent-ready condition.

I do show properties alone as a female but if there is a single male that shows up at viewing I let him go look at the interior by himself and then come back outside after to converse.

Just toss all the interior items - it is not worth the time and opportunity cost.

I requested a lot more than I probably needed, but I wanted the detail which included interior, exterior and drone views.
