Look at how long the person has been on BiggerPockets and consider their profile.

The reasons they identified will not impress the judge and you will win as long as you followed the proper procedures.There is no way to ensure that they won't damage the property, but you have recourse if they do.

Do you have a personal connection to any of them, say Orange Mound since your profile says you're in Memphis?

As our portfolio grew, we were intentional about keeping our profile personal rather than corporate.

I am pretty impressed with DoorLoop it feels like a more complete Rentredi with better backend technology stack and a United-based support team. 

Take BP for instance - your profile is brand new and it's not filled out so you may get some ok answers here, but not the best because people don't really know who they are talking to other than it sounds like you are trying to do your first syndication.
