Banks do not appreciate that you are flipping and some are not going to allow transactional fundingBanks are certainly doing all they can to hinder investors from flipping, however, they can not disallow transactional funding.

I think the key here is to "repay" (for lack of a better term" the people who made the list as they contrubuted, made donations, etc, plus they are recommnded because they do good business and are honest.Having onloy a sleceted few able to view the list would hinder the business done from the list.
