I am a full time chef now, and am looking to transition my life more and more into real estate over time.

I'm exploring the idea of offering optional paid activities to my guests like personal chef, back country skiing, mountain climbing lessons, UTV rentals, horse back riding, fly-fishing and the like. 

I can also offer my services as a private chef for catered affairs as barter for whatever you might have to offer to further my goals. 

Of course not caught a fish but was the best trip because i was knowing theirs desires and the captain went them to the beach of Super Paradise where  i booked a table  in one of the best restaurant beach bar.The other case where my client asked what  to suggest him to make a romantic dinner in the villa , so I arranged a gourmet meal with chef, small candles floating in the pool and saxophone player playing  jazz music .

My husband went from construction superintendent-plumber to chef and I was the front of the house.

I mean, why not be an insurance agent, mortgage broker, an attorney, a chef, police officer, etc? 

He and his son work as Chef in the restaurant.

@Elif Erguclu there is some good advice on the thread for you, but it sounds like the agent might be doing the equivalent of a chef shopping at the grocery store for food to sell at a restaurant.

Would you open a restaurant without knowing anything about cooking, food costs, table space/counts, or even a decent chef?

I have a culinary background where I was a chef both private and professional.
