The annual membership fee is very reasonable considering you get a free dinner once a year during the summer.

You can also google search calculators and find some decent ones if you run out of uses for the BP calcs as a free BP membership user!

I think you can use the calculator like 5 times for free without the PRO membership, but for me, the $232 (20% discounts are given on all the webinars, etc.) -- it was well worth the price since I am 100% committed to getting involved in REI.

So, I'm a long time REI and just renewed my PRO membership.

A space that has all the office equipment an people pay for a membership versus lease.

@Sal San BP has some great calculators and if you have the PRO membership you can use as often as you want.

I finally took the plunge for a PRO membership and am ready to start seriously analyzing deals.

Books, short seminars (don't buy into the upsales), BP membership...stuff like that.
