Im not exactly sure which tool i should use.

Hello everyone I've been a member of BP for a couple of months already. Tomorrow I'm putting in an offer on a triplex (it will be owner occupied). I ran the numbers by hand on a sheet of paper, now i want to double check it with the calculator. Ive never used it before on BP so I'm guessing i use the Rental Property Calculator right?
