I guess the only thing giving me hesitation is that it looks like housing prices are at all time highs even after adjusting for inflation:https://fred.stlouisfed.org/se...Housing affordability is worse today than it was at the bubble peak in 2006 if you believe Case Shiller data. 

Numbers... not words.The property tax is $4000/year and I guess I can be thankful that I paid cash for this house because if I had a mortgage I would be paying significantly out of pocket every year since I have owned this home. 

I had to guess and build my own data set.

My rents are high at $6300 per 3BR unit so I guess the risk is if economy goes south and no one can afford the high rents.     

I guess i'm puzzled because the floor contractor said the unit was warm (the day she complained), and i question the urgency to find someone over Christmas, if there is even an issue.  

I guess I'm not allowed to say anything nice about that as well or does that make me the owner of the company? 

I guess you are one of the cases that actually live off cash flow which gives me hope.

They both applied within the same hour online but the single woman saw it first..I don't know why i'm so torn lol...first one in a while i guess. 

They had named him Rommel on purpose, as they were involved with prison gang life and some people.. well I guess they simply choose to not reform or adjust.
