You can also find real estate investing groups through meetup.com, Facebook, or a Google search.

Though, it would be interesting to hear the experience of others here with the group.

I will join some local real estate groups (act poor) and see what I learn. 

I'm in the Tampa Bay area and I will put an ad on Craigslist, Indeed or post in a group on Facebook for AirBNB/STRs. 

Start by joining local real estate groups, narrowing your approach to strategies like house hacking or multi-family investing, and building a team of professionals like agents and lenders.

If you are looking to do under $2M a year then I would just join some facebook groups  and network at a few events as that is very easy to find.
