First decide the area(s) of interest to you as an investor - both geographically and the type of investment (SFR, small / large multi, storage, etc).

On the description of the Zillow listing, it states a tenant is in place at 1500 dollars a month.

Do the airbnb review descriptions really matter?

So I am open geographically.

I question guest about it and he says he didn't see it mentioned in the description.

@Nick Rutkowski a couple people have posted really clear descriptions of what the mcdonalds model actually is, so i wont go over it again.

I'll note co-host is a pretty broad description and it will be up to you and your clients to refine what the job is.
