I have also learned that 401K's are pretty much useless but you can borrow from some of them at a rate you set and that could be useful to fulfill your needs. 

I also entered the business as a passably good lifelong handyman with some basic house-fixing skills.

If there are requirements in the contract that he is not fulfilling, you can try and call his breach, but it may not be that easy.

I run an online business myself and was using our home for storage and fulfillment.

All of this talk about “recession” may start to turn into a self-fulfilling prophecy—— so curious to hear idea’s regarding credit lines... and what to do if they freeze on you!

We could build a bigger down payment / pay down more debt by living with our parents longer but I’m afraid that I may have to use my Full time student status to fulfill the “work” history and I graduate in December.

Do you find it fulfilling?
