This is a classic chicken and egg scenario.

Unfortunately, my handwriting is pretty much chicken scratch so I stuck with "hand written" font either through word or the print shop.If you're sending 100-200 letters then you  might get away with using your printer, but I think beyond that you're better off outsourcing to a printshop.As mentioned, yellowletters.com will do it, you can look into Click2Mail.

@Larry Fried I think what you're saying makes sense as far as them going ahead with work under a certain threshold so as to keep the tenants happy.

Sometimes the spikes and surges from those can fry things.For "no heat", it could be one side of the 240 V to the dryer missing, a bad heating element, bad regular thermostat, bad high-limit switch, or bad control board.
