If one is buying cap rate 3-4% class C in sunbelt with bridge loan 0.90% DSCR 80%LTV 4 years bridge loan that's almost guarantee one would lose money lol I meant the risk is just too high.Just think about it, what I dont like is there're just so many GP that they can't even think financially straight.
