Do you plan to flip it or hold as a rental? 

I plan to refinance in two to three year once rates come down a bit.That said, I need to be very confident in my numbers on the hotel, since I'm putting risk on my other properties and essentially wiping out their cash flow.Happy to connect.

I had plans to just to the 1 week free trial and cancel, but I still pay monthly for it because there is value to be had. 

I remember working with a friend who inherited his aunt’s home.. he got so caught up in the emotional side of it that he forgot the nuts and bolts..like having a good plan for the renovation budget and timeline.

I bought my first property a few years ago, but life (and COVID) put my real estate plans on hold.
