I sold about half my stock portfolio to purchase real estate here in January.If it's not time to buy right now, when is buy time? 

It’s sad because a lot of them are good people and they ask if they can pay half now and half later.

The reality is the opposite - if it's not in writing then the PMC doesn't have to provide the service or can charge extra for it!

It brought in 120k last year, but I think we can bring in much more as we do upgrades including adding an extra story on top and as we run it as a bed and breakfast.  

They provide everything the larger platforms do—and honestly, they have some extra options that others lack.
