A leak or busted pipe

I am putting a bathroom into my garage, i have to even out my split-level floor and fill it, will have a kitchenette and the front sliding garage door will remain from the outside, but inside, there will be an insulated wall.. and they might trench a couple feet outside to run the run the bathroom piping and link it to the front sewer.

What about the ground up developer that exhausted their interest reserve because  the construction debt was tied to the fed rate, but the project is still perfoming well and they want to hold off on refinancing a bit longer because its still a great long term hold but given the pre-payment penalties they are opting not to lock into a perm rate yet beleiving favorable financing will be available with a patient approach.....

And a lot of his replies were funny too which helped me stay awake as my eyes are now exhausted from reading all day. 

If you decide to go forward you should make sure you camera the sewer pipe to avoid a surprise expensive problem.

We have had everything from seasonal workers, to relocating families, local area displacements (floods, pipe damages, etc.), visiting families and all that.

My property was broken into and there are signs of drug use, copper pipes were stolen, appliance control boards stolen, damages caused, camera system was stolen too, and much more.How does insurance look at this?

It's mentally and physically exhausting but it doesn't tear up your joints.
