My tenant is vacating the property this week and I am wondering whether to list it for rent immediately or to wait for March/April when whether may not be as cold?

I will do the same thing with the rentals that I did with my home. ...less debt equals less money needed to enjoy the freedom.

I'd share that if I did, I'd be prepared to pay them to vacate.
