In light of the fact that the leases are a scam I would not feel guilty but would still try to prove the leases are not valid first. 

-Insurance is becoming a scam.

They are either part of the scam or are not smart enough to know you getting scammed.

Hey Erik,They ended up being a scam and I learned the hard way.

There are a lot of people outh there making a commission on pushing those loans just do not fall victim to that type of scam.

If Y remains independent, any legal or financial issues it encounters won’t directly affect the parent LLC (X).

Is Kris Krohn  legit or another guru just scamming people out of their money, giving them false hope?

It turned out the whole thing was a bit of a scam - the "lender" took a huge up front fee ($4,000) to do the deal - so it turned out they weren't really the lender... they were acting more like a broker...while it wasn't said this way, it appeared to be "after you pay us $4,000, we'll try to go and find you a loan."  

Specifically, I'm interested in understanding the challenges and experiences associated with the barment process and the subsequent quiet title action after the redemption period concludes.What complications, if any, have you encountered during the barment process or while pursuing a quiet title action in GA?
