Funny is this is the second time I have encountered that in the last 30 days.

I was just into about my 20th new build in a 90 home project when this happened to us.. lumber packages did not quite 3X but they certianly went up 2X along with a host of other components.. the one benefit we had was we could have lumber escalation clauses in our contracts that passed this on to the buyer..

This sheds years of unnecessary mistakes and issues you would otherwise encounter on your own.  

And for these newer companies I have to guess they simply have not encountered or planned on failing projects so its all new to them on where what why and how to deal with it. 

This is actually not a bad thing for Buyer's agents, as we will encounter less tire kickers. 2.

While the tenant had a good payment history before my purchase, I'm unsure about their timeliness.Lately, I've encountered several issues with this tenant.
