Try the "E-myth revisited" also, by the title I thought it was about e-commerce, but its not.

These books have helped me, and in many cases, helped me in more than just real estate investing (I also own an eCommerce company built through the principles learned from the foundation books).

Is the demand solely related to E-commerce?  

I own a ecommerce business that is running into serious cashflow problems and looking to see if I can find any private lenders comfortable with online business. 

Also, they are ready to handle an ecommerce back-end.

Instead, I became heavily involved in e-commerce, internet sales and marketing, and the pharmaceutical industry.

My background is in Marketing Analytics, eCommerce, and Business Intelligence. 

When you say online retail are you talking ecommerce?

I have a background in e-commerce and would like to transition, hopefully smoothly, into the real estate realm.I have a little bit of a unique situation because my dad is a real estate developer and I have just moved to Colorado to learn the business and see the process from beginning to end.
