Bottom line is to distinguish between an investment activity which generates interest income and a business activity which generates ordinary income (just like bank).

Hey @Sam McPeek - you are right, we didn't do a great job of distinguishing between Plus and Pro, plus the definition of "report" is a bit confusing.

This way at tax time you can distinguish between rental income and personal income.
