Our market is having to bear less tourism (I went on a 26 Glacier cruise last week and there were 1 of 2 boats running and it had 70 of its 270 person capacity), oil and gas being low, fishing taking a hit and unemployment. 

Overall, we earn anywhere from 12-17% on our investments while my wife and I do what we love which is cruising, travelling, etc. 

@Chad Grossman, I was in it for the freedom and community - island communities and the general cruising community. 

(Leather seats, cruise control etc).

No cruise, no wedding, Disney is scary, etc.

We also had a LOT of drive by leads, people cruising through the park as it improved, interested in learning more about how to live there. 

I think people are actually looking at RV's as a way to go on vacation without being in a busy airport or plan or without going on a cruise ship with 100's of others. 

So since the market bottomed, I was able to load up on individual hotel + cruise stocks, and flip them for a 20% gain in a matter of weeks.

raised 3 of my 4 kids and taught all three about what Dad does to be able to take them on cruises , take them to Jackson Hole for a week every summer, etc, etc,.Wife will understand,  If Dad can do what your doing successfully then as parents your kids need to have all the exposure as possible.The school system doesn't teach our kids these skills!

We still have very affordable housing compared to many other big metro areas, no state income tax, big corporate money investing here(cruise lines, space program, tourism/hotels, lots of infrastructure projects for many years to come, lots of tech/medical growth.
