Rookie with a lot of $$$ looking to get in the game
Hey there! I'm a consultant and work from the road- traveling around the country in my RV. I've done quite well for myself and amassed a lot in savings. I'm starting to educate myself, and am looking to get into real estate investing. I want some advice on what niche and strategies to start with. My goal is to build 4-5k/month in passive income. Looking to start off fairly low risk. I travel around the country full time so I'm open to any market. Any advice is appreciated! Thanks!

You have the unlikely position to buy FHA, at least uner 5 unit. I would look for you new "primary residence" with a 3.5% mindset. 50k cash would merit you a 1.5mil quad.
If thats just pocket change, I would find a good 24 unit and a management company!
