The easiest way to combine 1031 and syndications is to have two separate investing paths. 

Remember, most county assessors either have the info somewhat incorrect or their websites will be nearly impossible to figure out correct sq footage, especially for unfinished areas.

I do feel like Haverhill is much in the "path of progress" than comparable areas like Lowell and Lawrence, so it's a city on my radar for sure.
