There's a big difference between a photo slideshow and a full-blown 3D Matterport.Lastly, some of the flat fees (not all, just some) are not cooperating brokerages.

I also think that people that are moving into Camden are more likely to move into the apartment buildings (victor or the new cooper place), with gated parking, security, and 24/7 concierge.

You have to decide whether you will market it quietly and not disturb them in the process, showing the house to buyers via a ruse like "I need to show my partners or contractors", or just level with them and say you have decided that you don't want to hold the property and need to market it to other buyers, and will they please cooperate with your marketing plan?

In this crazy market, ** if you have 5 Tenant Buyers psyched and excited about the Rent to Own concept of buying a home today instead of renting, then ** you can go find the houses, buy them with either Sub2, Land Contract, Lease Purchase with sub-lease and sub-option provisions, or Cooperative Assignment (you Lease Option the house, then sell the agreement immediately for a fee).
