Marketing a wholesale
Besides sending a property out to your buyers list etc. What other marketing techniques can you do to market a wholesale.
My contract states I can place a marketing sign. However, I would like to hang a banner, and/or even put a info box with printed info on it. on the railing. This property is a city rowhouse in a very high end neighborhood, so it gets alot of foot traffic.
I'm not sure if a banner is too big, or would piss off the current owners too much. My contract states that it is assignable, however, I don't think they really understand that I will not be going to closing with them.
Any suggestions?
