City zoning defines the parcel's use, so my inclination is to stick to that.I suspect that @Chet Hileman can throw in some added information here from a financing/mortgage viewpoint, so hopefully he sees this and adds some clarity.

Or they should simply tell us how long they're able to commit to and we'll run this as a short term lease until they have more clarity on their situation or move out, but it doesn't appear the tenant wants to pay a dollar more.So, basically the question is - do we take a leap of faith and lose our peace of mind or insist on sticking to the contract and risk losing the tenant?

She means well, but she is frequently paying late fees on late rent and I could not just send her a bill for $376.50 and expect her to be able pay it.I hope that adds some clarity to the situation.Thank you!
