I also use to run an AirBnB business but out of my Hawaii property until they also banned it there.  

Virginian Beach has banned short-term rentals.  

Either way you get rid of a problem and avoid a vacancy and/or possible eviction ban. 

Austin has banned STR's that aren't owner-occupied.

For those experienced in the STR arena, in your experience do most municipalities that ban/restrict/regulate STR allow 30 day minimum rentals?

I have a love/hate relationship with the "aggressive breed" ban as I've lived with animals typically listed as "aggressive", such as German Shepherds and Pitbulls, that have been some of the best dogs I've ever known.
