As of Friday morning, FinCEN has confirmed that businesses are NOT required to file BOI reports while a court injunction remains in place.

If you used them to purchase another rental/ use for another business endeavor...the process starts over. 

Also, it can avoid filing an amendment.Another great point on eligibility- SEP IRAs require net self-employment income from activities like 1099 contract work, real estate sales, wholesaling, or other self-employment business income.Passive income as you have highlighted, does not qualify.

For an SBA hotel loan, the SBA may guarantee say 30% of the loan and a traditional bank takes the next 50%...total LTV/LTC of 80%...will vary by business but it's higher/better than the previous replies (otherwise, you would just get a traditional commercial loan without the SBA involved). 

I don’t see anything wrong with endorsing a business that is great at what it does.

.- Working a W2 as a firefighter, posting and consuming content- Leaving my W2 to dive deep into real estate investing and working as an agent... and still watching/posting content all while business was ok - Deleting social media apps (one have one on my phone that I use 10 minutes or less a day), diving deep into building my business and skills which have drastically increased due to pure focus and increasing my business significantly- moral of the story... focus on the things you need to do in business (dollar productive activities) and life experiences while reducing consumption will increase your success  

We rented the 2/1 side for $1300/mn and thought we could finish the addition of the bath and closet but got so busy with my construction business I still have not completed the work.

This structure probably just means more grey area which means more legal fees and perhaps less chance of either of us being covered at all.
