Many tenants have so infrequently received their deposits back they consider it a fee so have no incentive to sweep before sliding a heavy piece of furniture or stop sliding if they hear a scratching noise, etc.  

Hey all, I am about to put my house up for as a rental but I am still living in it, however I would like to get pictures & a listing up to hopefully start finding renters or at least see if there's interest.Can anyone recommend a website that I could potentially stage furniture with existing furniture but be able to add like a light on a night stand and remove person items?

I know that if in my 20s I could have just moved myself instead of myself and all my junky furniture, I would have happily swept up a medium-term rental in Denver.As to the cost of furnishing it...

Her furniture had sharp edges on the bottom and since she wasn't strong enough to lift anything she slid things into place which left a trail of scratches.

Most of the insurance, exterior maintenance, water/sewer, cable/wifi, furniture, smallware, included.

There are places you can save money, but your furniture and decor look cheap and not screaming dream and fantasy.

Like other mid-term rentals, I assume you will supply all furniture and kitchen/household equipment?
