Of course at this state the name of the game is LEARN - which I have been doing through every book I can get my hands on.  

Looking back, it’s kind of silly but the first book I read that got me started was, you guessed it, Rich Dad Poor Dad, that same week I also read The Richest Man in Babylon (which I think was mentioned in Rich Dad).

But, reading the book is a bit like licking the ice cream cone.

Some will come along and say start a formal eviction and legally do things by the book and lose money for the next 90 days waItIng ..stIll others will come along and say pay the guy cash for keys strategy to persuade hIm because Brandon says it’s a good idea in his book . I

One book I just read was entitled something like "How to Buy and Sell apartment buildings and it good stories about buying and selling middle-sized apartment buildings (around 100 units) and Partnerships.The Partnership he liked then was called "Tenants in Common'  where you could still control the investment and how you could keep control of a property and have a part of it with 1% and have separate agreements with each partner's participation.

Now I am listening to bigger pockets DAILY and reading every book I can get my hands on.

That book is the reason I'm willing to try out is state investing.
