That’s the most BIASED “opinion” you can ever receive.  

Was able to receive in writing that I am good to rent the basement.

It amazes me how some do reject any and every piece of guidance they receive like people have a reason to lie.

I called and emailed the wholesaler's title company several times asking about this, BUT I never received a response so I did not move forward and close on the property.
