The property line ends just a way from the garage.....entrance/driveway and parking(the size of a half basketball court) is on the street easement.So if anyone were to buy it today, the buyer won't own the entrance to the house.Is the owner encroaching on public property?

A lot of tire kickers in the real estate business and I don't have time to waste so I try to filter out and move forward with people who may or may not be a quality person I can work with.Of course with anything I'm sure there will be people that I should have given a chance to or made the wrong decision about not proceeding with, but at this point managing a real estate portfolio of 80+ properties, having 7 rentals of my own, teaching an intern, marketing, and coaching girls hs basketball doesn't leave much time to spare at the end of the day.

I guess the best way to create and analogy is to say that Michael Jordan is the best basketball player in the world, this might have been true in the 1990's when he was in his prime but at todays condition with his age, there are many who could best him.Lastly, my demographic is just like what you are describing.
