I highly suspect that DTI is not an automatic disqualifier.  

All expenses get imported automatically and I tag what it does not automatically categorize for me.  

Our project has been pushed out quite a bit, but as far as I can tell all for legitimate reasons with permitting delays and market shifts.

We manage several 'hybrid' properties in Indianapolis, where many function as STRs for the majority of the year and shift to MTRs during the winter months.

I'm looking forward to shifting my portfolio in the future to longer term tenants.
