What is working right now for those who attend, what resources may we share, and how can we attract others who will contribute.

.  :-)We’re doing just fine and we’re attracting more Californians than we need. 

Views, location to attractions and layout of property can make or break you in a good location or not so great location.

The market does slow down from November to January and we are looking for ways to attract more guests over the holidays.

The barrier to entry is lower so they seem attractive, and to the person who knows what they are doing, they can be very profitable.

I run a facebook group on MTR"s with 3.5k people and many have had the same experience. it's not to say you can't find success on FF but the demographic of who you're trying to attract might not be on that platform. 

That said, I have a nice stream of passive income (including math freelance jobs to keep me busy), and a lot of time on my hands, as well as experience with materials and vendors doing home renovations.

It still can attract quality tenants while cash flowing monthly.

First impressions matter and presenting a property in its best light can attract potential buyers and increase its market value.
