I can assure based on all my communications with this company and speaking to several people who used them multiple times They are legit

This way they get assured the deals are closing and you can be more creative on the financing you acquire. 

It's your money, take that extra step to assure your unit gets leased if that's what it takes.

He/she has even more assurance with any dollar that’s put into the property with the intention of RAISING ITS VALUE.

If you send it certified they may never pick it up so posting it assures they received it.

But saying it was very coincidental to the fraudulent posting on craigslist and Assure me that one has no relation to the other in the notice.
