@Amanda Davidson I've always liked East Providence as an area fewer people talk about and pursue, compared to Providence or Pawtucket.I don't think it has nearly as much student population as Providence does around the colleges, so if someone specifically wants to rent to students I don't know that I'd target EP, but it has a lot of solid bread-and-butter neighborhoods and I think generally speaking is good value for the money especially with multis.Jake, if driving for dollars is a strategy that appeals to you, I think you'd get more leads per mile in East Providence than the East Side of Providence.
