Does anyone know of or have a GREAT recommendation for a multifamily property analyzer spreadsheet or other software, that will also accommodate deal packaging for syndication?

I imagine if they just move in an ESA without requesting accommodation you could hold them in violation of the lease.

Our lease is structured as a 6-month lease with a 30-day notice to break it at any time, accommodating 3 or 4-month tenants.

Looking at the videos there have been at least 10 other people in and out of the property (listing accommodates only 6 people) .

If each residence accommodates 2.5 people, and 80% opts to buy or rent a single-family residence, the additional new homes needed in 2023 can be calculated as follows: 2.3M x 2.3% x 80% / 2.5, which is approximately 16,928.

If you have been a good tenant, most landlords will be happy to accommodate.
