Utah valley hasn't popped up in our profitability analysis before but if you're looking to estimate revenue I recommend going to Pricelabs and buying one of their market dashboards. 

Check out market dashboard in pricelabs and go ahead and tweak your automated messages in your channel manager.

After you list words like, landlord, (city, state), renters, the conversation alerts can be found on your dashboard options.To use an old saying....I see you’re in my neck of the woods hahaha!
