Just tell them that their time is up and if they want to continue renting then they have a 1 year at X rate 6 month at Y rate and month to month at Z rate.

I think the issue there is that regional MLS’s have a hard time competing with the loose money literally 100’s of millions being pushed into the space to the likes of Z and Redfin.
